I Didn’t Choose Them… They Chose Me

Hello and welcome to the very first post on MewMew Diaries!

I want to begin this journey by sharing how it all started – not with a plan, but with a quiet miracle.

People often say, “You don’t choose a cat; it chooses you.” And for me, that became reality. One day, a tiny kitty appeared outside my home. Then came another. I didn’t know where they came from or why they chose my doorstep. I didn’t know anything about cat care. But my heart knew one thing – they needed love, and I had plenty of it.

As days went by, I learned to understand their behavior, their silent cries for help, and their adorable quirks. I also witnessed the harsh reality – that stray animals are often ignored or seen as a nuisance. Finding a vet wasn’t easy, and even when I did, the fees were high and the care often indifferent. But I couldn’t ignore them.

So I started learning – from Google searches to community advice – everything I could about caring for cats. Feeding, first aid, emotional comfort, building trust… it became a part of my daily life. And now, I want to share what I’ve learned with others who are walking the same path.
